Pippit AI Pricing

Every generation or edit costs a set number of credits shown before you confirm — the price depends on the model, resolution, and length you choose.

Monthly-plan credits expire 30 days after they're granted, weekly-plan credits expire in 7 days, and yearly-plan credits and one-time credit packs are valid for 365 days from purchase.

Stripe automatically retries a failed card. If the subscription doesn't return to active, plan-gated features pause until payment succeeds or you resubscribe — any credits already in your balance stay usable until they expire.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. If that's unavailable for any reason, contact support@pippit.org and we'll handle it.

Your first subscription payment may be refunded within 72 hours if its paid credits and benefits were not used for a successful task. An unused one-time credit pack may be refunded within 7 days. An approved refund may be subject to a processing fee of up to 6% of that purchase payment. See the Refund Policy.

A subscription suits regular use and includes a recurring credit refresh at a lower per-credit cost. A one-time credit pack suits occasional use with no recurring charge, valid for 365 days.

Yes. Switch billing intervals anytime from Settings → Billing — the new interval's credit allowance and expiration rules apply from your next billing cycle.

Every paid plan includes Seedance, Kling, and the rest of the Pippit AI model lineup — pricing differs by model based on the credits each generation costs, not by plan tier.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, and Pippit AI never stores your card details directly.
